THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made the 27th day of January, 2020, between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation (hereinafter called the “Seller”), and Pueblo Development Foundation, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (hereinafter called the “Purchaser”). Purchaser and Seller are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
