This Think Power Solutions for SaaS Agreement (the "Agreement") is between Think Power Solutions, LLC., a Texas corporation ("Think Power") and the organization agreeing to these terms ("Customer"). This Agreement governs access to and use of the KYRO, Think Power ONE™ (ONE), Think Power LOGS™ (LOGS), Think Power DOCS™ (DOCS), Unified Construction Management™ (UCM) and Unified Asset Management™ (UAM) client software ("Software") and services (together, the "Services" or “KYRO”, "Think Power UCM" or “Think Power UAM” or “Think Power ONE” or “Think Power DOCS” or “Think Power LOGS”). By using the Services, you agree to this Agreement as a Customer. If you are agreeing to this Agreement for use of the Services by an organization, you are agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of that organization. You must have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement, otherwise you must not sign up for the Services.
