This Agreement shall become effective on the day of May, and shall continue to remain in effect until the day of April, and shall continue in force year to year thereafter unless either party shall the other with notice of termination, or proposed revision of this Agreement within ninety (90) days before the day of April, or in a like period in any year thereafter.
