This Mobile Deposit Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract that governs your ability to use the Mobile Deposit remote deposit service provided to you by The First National Bank of Ava (the “Service” or “Services”). As used in this Agreement, the terms “Bank,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The First National bank of Ava. The terms “you” or “your” refer to the account holder(s) authorized by the Bank to use the Service, persons authorized to sign on the account holder’s deposit account, and anyone else who uses the Service with the permission of the account holder(s). By using the Service, you agree to and acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
