THIS AGREEMENT is made on (date) , by and between COMPUTER AID, INC., with Corporate Headquarters at 1390 Ridgeview Drive, Allentown, PA, 18104 ("Supplier") and , with offices at (“Subcontractor”). Each of Subcontractor and Supplier may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and both Subcontractor and Supplier may be referred to herein jointly as the “Parties.”
