Purchases of Subscriptions and Services (as defined below) under a Purchase Document with SciQuest, Inc. ("SciQuest") and the party named in such Purchase Document ("Client") shall be subject to the following, additional Terms and Conditions as of the dates specified in the Purchase Document (the "Effective Date").
