This Token Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your purchase of certain tokens generated and distributed using the DIAMOND (DMD) Tokens (the “Tokens”) and is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“Buyer” or “you”) and Wildbach AG (together with its affiliates, “Company”). Buyer and Company are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
