This Payment Processing Addendum is entered into by and between Board of County Commissioners of the County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado (“Client”) and Trinity Services Group, Inc., (“Trinity”) effective when signed by both parties. The Client and Trinity are referred to herein individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties.
