THIS CONTRACT entered into this 1st day of July 2021, (effective date), is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California (COUNTY) and Pacific Clinics, a California nonprofit corporation (CONTRACTOR). COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may sometimes be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” This Contract shall be administered by the Director of the COUNTY’s Health Care Agency or an authorized designee (“ADMINISTRATOR”).
