(the “Recipient”) as of March 29, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), to protect the confidentiality of certain confidential information of the Company to be disclosed to the Recipient solely for use in evaluating, pursuing and, if applicable, consummating a business relationship with the Company (the “Permitted Use”).
