THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into by and between Safety Kleen Systems, 42 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061, hereinafter called “Contractor”, and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter called the “Owners”.
