THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the Skagit County Commissioners and the Skagit County Sheriff, hereinafter referred to as Employer, and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Washington State Council of Counties and City Employees, Council 2, hereinafter referred to as Union. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the understanding reached between the parties with respect to wages, hours of work and other terms and conditions of employment for employees of the County who are represented by the Union and set forth in Article 1.
