THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Teletec Communications, L.L.C., (“Carrier”) a Mississippi corporation and shall be deemed effective as of February 18, 1998. This agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Carrier or both as a “party” or “parties.”
