This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 10, 2023 by and among Fusion Pharmaceuticals Inc., a corporation existing under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “Company”), and the “Investors” named in that certain Securities Purchase Agreement by and among the Company and the Investors, dated as of May 10, 2023 (the “Purchase Agreement”).
