The City of Wylie, Texas, a home-rule municipality (“Wylie”), and Ashley McSwain (“Contractor”) hereby enter into this Municipal Court Judicial Services Agreement (“Agreement”). Wylie and Contractor are sometimes referred to collectively as the “parties” or individually as a “party.”
