This agreement is made and entered into this day of April 2019 by and between the Nassau County School District (“District”), through its governing body, the Nassau County School Board (“Board”), 1201 Atlantic Avenue, Fernandina Beach, Florida, 32034, and Leonard T. Hackett of the law firm of Vernis & Bowling, whose professional address is 4309 Salisbury Road, Jacksonville, Florida, 32216, hereinafter referred to as "Attorney.” In consideration of their mutual promises, the parties have agreed as follows:
