(RJK) and Customer hereby acknowledge and agree that any and all agreements, contracts and/or understandings between RJK and Customer shall be governed by, and subject to, the Terms and Conditions set forth below. By entering into an agreement and/or contract with RJK including, but not limited to, Proposals, Quotes, Estimates and/or Change Orders, Customer hereby acknowledges receipt and on-going acceptance of the foregoing Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time-to-time.
