The following Agreement confirms certain terms of my employment with NetApp, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “the Company”), which is a material part of the consideration for my employment by the Company and the compensation received by me from the Company from time to time. The headings contained in this Agreement are for convenience only, have no legal significance, and are not intended to change or limit this Agreement in any matter whatsoever.
