This Cloud Services Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Rhapsody will make the Rhapsody software available to Customer as a hosted solution through the AWS Marketplace as a Public Offering. If the Customer choses to go through a private offering to license Rhapsody’s Cloud Services, that agreement, including any commercial details within, will supersede and replace entirely the terms of this Agreement.
