This Joint Agency Agreement (Agreement) by and between the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) and the City of Glendale (City), an Arizona Municipal Corporation, will become effective on the day, which it is executed by the MAG Executive Director and the City. MAG and the City are referred to in this Agreement each individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
