This Discretionary Investment Advisory Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is by and between United Income, Inc. (“United Income” or the “Adviser”) and the person identified as the client on the signature page hereto (the “Client”). This Agreement relates to all accounts managed by the Adviser on behalf of the Client (collectively, the “Account”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the investment management services, outlines the responsibilities of the parties, and defines the relationship between the Adviser and the Client.
