SOFTWARE is provided to the Licensee “as is” and is exclusive of any warranty, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, or any other warranty, whether express or implied. ACME does not warrant that the SOFTWARE System is free from bugs, interruptions, errors, or other system limitations. The Licensee acknowledges that use of the internet presents certain risks relating to viruses, security, or other harmful components. ACME disclaims all liability to any person in respect of anything done or omitted to be done wholly or in part in reliance on the information contained in the SOFTWARE.
