I,(PRINT NAME), enter into this agreement (“Agreement”) so that I may provide feedback, statements, comments, suggestions, and ideas (“Ideas”) to Uber regarding its products and/or services (“User Research”). As explained below, this agreement requires me to treat information shared during User Research as confidential, and assigns to Uber Technologies, Inc. (“Uber”) ownership of all Ideas I provide with no further compensation to me. My participation in this User Research is voluntary. I agree that I have received good and valuable consideration in exchange for my participation in this User Research, including, without limitation, the opportunity to provide Ideas to Uber. I understand that Uber may collect personally identifiable information from me which will be treated in accordance to Uber’s Privacy Policy, available at https://privacy.uber.com/policy.
