This AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENT (Manchester/Orangewood Projects) (“Agreement”) is entered into as of May 26, 2009 (“Date of Agreement”) by and among the ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY, a public body, corporate and politic (“Authority”), MANCHESTER PARK, a California limited partnership (as the “Manchester Developer”) and ORANGEWOOD VISTAS, a California limited partnership (as the “Orangewood Developer”) (and with each individually as to the applicable Project and together herein a “Developer”).
