This Housing Contract is an agreement between the university and the individual student. The term of the Housing Contract is specified in Article I, Section 1 of Terms and entitles the student to the use of university housing accommodations only in such a manner as set forth herein and in the Student Handbook. This Housing Contract may be terminated only under the conditions specified herein.
