These Terms of Participation for the purchase of vehicles and for operating costs (“Terms” or “Participating Terms”) are entered into and agreed upon on this ____ day of December, 2017, by and between [subrecipient and type of entity] whose address principal address is [address] (“Sub-Recipient”) and Utah Transit Authority, a public transit district organized under the laws of the State of Utah (“UTA” or “Recipient”).
