The INSTITUTO DE PESQUISAS ENERGÉTICAS E NUCLEARES on behalf of the COMISSÃO NACIONAL DE ENERGIA NUCLEAR, Brazil, hereafter referred to as IPEN-CNEN, herein represented by its Superintendent, Dr. Wilson Aparecido Parejo Calvo, and _______________________________ (hereafter referred to in this MOU as “________”) herein represented by _____________________________________________, recognizing the mutual interest in the fields of research, education, transfer of technology on the long term non-commercial basis, and also recognizing the importance of university and research institute’s roles in higher education and promoting international collaboration and increased contribution to social development.
