This MLA constitutes a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between the Licensor and the Licensee (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”) in respect of this MLA and each licence granted under and pursuant to Clause 2.1 (Scope) and the relevant Product Order. The terms of this MLA supplant all prior discussions, statements, representations, warranties, and Arrangements between the Parties, whether oral or written or express or implied, in respect of or related to this MLA and each matter set out in it.
