THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE (the “Agreement”) , dated as of this day of February 2024, is entered into by and between plaintiff Raymond Gomez, individually and in his representative capacity as plaintiff on behalf of the class of persons defined below (“Plaintiff”), and defendant Door Components, Inc. (“DCI” or “Defendant”). Plaintiff and Defendant are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” The Settlement Agreement is subject to Court approval and is intended by the Settling Parties (as defined below) to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (as defined below), upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
