This Option Agreement (hereinafter “Option”) entered this 1st day of July, 2015 between the CITY OF EAST LANSING, a Michigan municipality (hereinafter, “Optionor”) and CAPITAL AREA HOUSING PARTNERSHIP, a Michigan non-profit corporation (hereinafter, “Optionee”), is entered for the purpose of giving the Optionee exclusive rights to lease certain real property presently under the ownership of the Optionor. This exclusive right to lease is subject to the terms and conditions as set forth below, for the real property commonly known as Bailey Community Center (hereinafter, “Property”), legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
