THIS AGREEMENT is entered into with the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida, referred to as the City, and Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA), Public Employee’s Local 6781, referred to as the Union, for the purpose of promoting harmonious relations between the City and the Union; to establish an orderly and peaceful procedure; to settle differences which might arise; and, to set forth the basic and full agreement between the parties as respects to rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment as defined in Florida Statutes, Chapter 447.
