This AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 21st day of October, 2020, (“effective date”) by and between the Conejo Valley Unified School District, hereinafter referred to as "District", and Forensic Analytical Consulting Services, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”. The District and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
