This Agreement, made and entered into this 30th day of June, 2020 by and between the Kings County Area Public Transit Agency, hereinafter referred to as “KART” or "Contractor", and the Fresno County Rural Transit Agency, hereinafter referred to as "FCRTA". The Contractor and FCRTA are each a “Party” to this Agreement, and are collectively the “Parties” to this Agreement.
