This Email Partner Data Services Exhibit (this “Exhibit”) to that certain Email Partner Data Provider Agreement dated September ___, 2019 to which this Exhibit is attached and, when fully-executed, forms a part (the "Agreement") is made as of the date last signed below (the "Exhibit Effective Date") by and between Provider and Company, and describes how Company will provide access to, and Provider will integrate with, the Services and the Data. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the Data Provider Agreement Terms and Conditions and this Exhibit, the Exhibit shall prevail.
