Karşıyaka Spor Kulübü and You will be referred as “Party” individually and “Parties” collectively.1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION1.1. In this Agreement the following definitions shall apply.1.1.1. “Agreement” means This Token Sale Agreement.1.1.2. “AML” means Anti Money Laundering. 1.1.3. “Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law” means all laws relating to money laundering, terrorist financing or the proceeds of criminal activity including, without limitation:(a) European Union Money Laundering Directives and member states’ implementing legislation;(b) the UK Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and Terrorism Act 2000;
