This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Bauer Infrastructure, LLC, 18570 SW 29th Street, Martell, NE 68404 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated February 23, 2021 executed under City Executive Order No. 95293, and County Contract C-21-0117, dated February 23, 2021, and executed by the City of Lincoln- Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on February 9, 2021, for Unit Price - Pavement/Concrete Services, Bid No. 21-003, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
