This plan support agreement (this "PSA") sets out the plan for the financial restructuring and domicile relocation of Eitzen Chemical ASA (the "Company") and certain of its subsidiaries as agreed among (i) the Company, (ii) the Company Parties, (iii) the Steering Committee, (iv) other Supporting Creditors, and (v) the Supporting Shareholder (each as defined below). Each party hereto shall be referred to herein individually as a "Party" and, collectively, as the "Parties".
