Company # C 53330 holds all client funds deposited in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and cryptocurrency.

This Agreement is a contract between the Client (as identified in the Client Application Form, (Part A and B of this Agreement) and South African company 2019/140800/07 - Atlantic Pearl Financial (PTY) Ltd (“APL”), which offers their clearing services via a website name/brand known as Mt.Cook Financial (“MTC”), collectively herein after the “Company”. It sets out the terms under which MTC will provide its services to Clients. Please read it carefully and seek clarification of any points that may be unclear. The terms set out will come into effect, and the rights and obligations of the parties will apply, from the date of signing of the Client Services Agreement (either individual or corporate) in hardcopy or via a digital application.
