Jobtrain Limited is the entire legal and beneficial owner and supplier of certain software products as detailed within Schedule 1 and is willing to develop/adapt those software products to meet with the mutually agreed specification and to license such software, and to provide certain related services (as detailed in clause 2 and Schedule 3) in respect thereof, to the Client and its affiliated entities in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
