THIS MUTUAL AID AND ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2018, by and between CITY OF JOHNS CREEK, GEORGIA (“Johns Creek”), and the CITY OF ATLANTA, GEORGIA (“Atlanta”) (Johns Creek and Atlanta are hereinafter referred to individually as "Party" or collectively as "Parties"). This Agreement incorporates by reference standards contained in O.C.G.A. § 36-69-1, et seq. (“Mutual Aid Act”), including subsequent amendments thereto.
