This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of August 22, 2001 (the “Effective Date”), between Preferred Carrier Services, Inc. d/b/a Phones For All and Telefonos Para Todos (“PCS ”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with offices at 14681 Midway Road, Suite 105, Addison, Texas 75001 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts, f/k/a New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic - Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and PCS may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
