The parties to the Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”) dated May 5, 2009 by and between the Clinton Climate Initiative (hereinafter “CCI”), a program of the William J. Clinton Foundation (hereinafter “Foundation”), and partner of the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group (hereinafter “C40”), and City of Stockholm (hereinafter “CoS”) desire to enter into this First Amendment to that Agreement.
