CJW Transportation Consultants (CJW) will prepare a study of the Proposed Mid-Block Pedestrian Crossing on 20th Street at the Joplin HS. Each option is described below and the agreement includes a “Not to Exceed” cost for the most expensive design option. Any option may be chosen and dependent upon that option, CJW will bill the City accordingly.
