the Employer, the Employee and the Union, and to secure for the parties the full benefits of orderly Collective Bargaining, to recognize mutual interest and to provide a channel through which information and problems may be transmitted from one to the other, and to provide an amicable method for the prompt disposition of all grievances, to eliminate interruption of work and interference with the efficient operation of the Company’s business, and to set forth the conditions of employment and wages to be observed by the Employees, the Union and the Company. The Company in the administration of the Collective Agreement, and the application of their management rights, will endeavour to do so in a fair and reasonable manner.
