THIS CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT [this “Agreement”] is made and entered into as of this April 16, 2024 [the “Effective Date”] by and between A2B Development, LLC. dba NewGen Energy, a California Corporation [“Contractor”] and Ackerman Charter School District – Bowman Charter School [“Owner”]. Contractor and Owner may be referred to sometimes collectively herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
