TOWER HILL SPORTS, LLC RENTAL AGREEMENTRental Agreement • October 27th, 2021
If within three (3) Business Days of the Date of this Rental Agreement you decide you do not wish to remain bound by this Agreement, you may cancel by making or delivering written notice to Tower Hill Sports. The notice must say you do not wish to be bound by this Rental Agreement and must be delivered by email or mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to Tower Hill Sports at the address set forth in this Rental in this Agreement, to the attention of the Director of Operations. If cancelled within three business days, you will be entitled to a refund of all moneys paid. Short-term Rental Agreements, defined as those Rental Agreements entered into less than 30 days prior to rental, shall not be eligible for a refund.
