TIMELAB provides certain features, software, tools, and other products and services ("Services") to you as an individual or an authorized representative of a corporation or other entity ("you" or "your") on or through our Platform. You represent and warrant that (a) you have the full legal authority to enter this agreement or bind you or your organization to these Terms of Service (in which case, "you" or "your" will refer to that organization), (b) that you are of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside (at least 18 years of age in many countries); (c) you have read and understand these Terms of Service; and (d) you agree, on behalf of yourself or your organization that you represent, to be bound by these Terms of Service.
