THIS AGREEMENT made as of the first day of October 2012, by and between the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, a corporation organized under the Rail Passenger Service Act (recodified at 49 U.S.C. § 24101 et seq.) and the laws of the District of Columbia and having its principal office and place of business in Washington, D.C. (hereinafter referred to as “Amtrak”), and the AGENCY, a joint powers authority established under the laws of the State (hereinafter referred to as “AGENCYAGENCY”).
