TITLE: Director, Teaching & Learning (Elphin) AWARD/AGREEMENT: Scotch Oakburn College (Teachers) Agreement EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Higher Duties Tenured Position COMMENCEMENT DATE: 3 years: Term Two, 2023 to 31 December 2025 REPORTS TO: Head of Junior School LOCATION: Elphin Campus ROLE TYPE: Hours to be worked are full time off class QUALIFICATIONS: Mandatory: Step 9 Teacher / Full Registration with TRB(Transition of working towards Step 9 / Full TRB accepted in 2023 only) REMUNERATION: Higher Duties Band: 2 Level Range: 12 - 16 MANDATORY CLEARANCES: 1. Working with Vulnerable People (Children) Registration2. Registered as a teacher with the Tasmanian Teachers Registration Board (or ability to achieve registration)3. Covid-19 Vaccination compliance with College policies4. First aid qualification HLTAID012
