This Service Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and your financial representative (your “Representative”). Your Representative introduced you to WealthBar Financial Services Inc. doing business as CI Direct Investing (“CI Direct Investing”). This Agreement shall supersede and cancel all prior agreements relating to your relationship with your Representative. A copy of this Agreement will be delivered to your Representative and will be binding on both you and your Representative.
